This policy explains what information Rhize Scan collects when you use this site, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

• The business you search for. When you run a scan, we use the business and location you select to generate your report.
• Your phone number. If you choose to unlock your full report, we collect your mobile number to send a one-time verification code by SMS.
• Your email address. If you join the waitlist or ask us to send your report, we collect your email to deliver it and to follow up.
• Technical information. We log your IP address and basic request data to prevent abuse and enforce usage limits.

How we use your information

We use the information above to produce your report, to verify your phone number, to contact you about your report and our services, and to keep the service secure. If you book a call or request your report, your contact details are synced to our customer relationship tool (GoHighLevel) so our team can follow up with you.

A note about Google data

We use Google Maps and Places only to help you find and confirm your business as you type. We do not store, cache, or build your report from Google Maps or Places content. The data behind your report comes from other providers.

Service providers we share with

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to run the service: Twilio (SMS verification), Supabase (data storage), GoHighLevel (customer follow-up), and Sentry (error monitoring). We share only what each provider needs to do its job, and we do not sell your personal information.

Analytics and advertising

To understand how people use this tool and to measure our advertising, we use the following analytics and advertising services, which may set cookies in your browser: Google Analytics 4, PostHog (product analytics), the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. We never send your phone number, email, name, or any dollar figures to these services — only de-identified usage signals (such as which step of the report you reached). You can opt out at any time using your browser's cookie controls or an ad-blocker; the report still works.

Your choices and contact

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to remove a report. Email us at hello@rhize.media and we will respond as soon as we can.
