SMS Program Terms

These terms describe the Rhize Scan text-message (SMS) program. By providing your mobile number and consenting at the verification step, you agree to receive the messages described below.

About the program

Rhize Scan sends text messages so you can verify your phone number and receive your report and related follow-ups from Rhize Media. We send a one-time verification code when you unlock your report, and — if you opt in — occasional messages about your report and our services.

Message frequency

Message frequency is recurring and varies based on your activity. You may receive a verification message each time you request a code, plus any follow-up messages you have opted into.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out and stop receiving texts from this program at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@rhize.media.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Any charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan; Rhize Media does not charge you for these messages.

Carriers and availability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program is available to mobile numbers in the United States and Canada; supported carriers may change without notice.
