These terms govern your use of Rhize Scan. By using this site or requesting a report, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Acceptable use

You may use Rhize Scan to assess a business you own or are authorized to evaluate. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it to harass any business or person.

Our reports are estimates, not guarantees

Every figure in your report — including any dollar amount — is an estimate built from third-party data and the assumptions we publish. It is not a promise of results, a financial statement, or professional advice. We explain exactly how the numbers are produced on our methodology page. Your actual results depend on factors outside our control.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the data is complete, current, or error-free, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rhize Media LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Disputes and removal

The data behind each report is dated, and we want to get it right. If you believe a report is inaccurate or you would like it removed, email us at hello@rhize.media and we will review it.
